Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed Monday–Friday and dispatched within 48 hoursof payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order ships.
Cold-chain handling
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the short transit window, but temperature-sensitive items ship with insulated packaging and, where appropriate, gel packs. We recommend refrigerating or freezing your order promptly on arrival.
Where we ship
We currently ship across the United States and Canada. Canadian orders clear customs as research materials; any duties or import fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Beyond US & Canada
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Researchers elsewhere should contact us before ordering, as availability depends on the compound and destination regulations. The customer is responsible for ensuring lawful import.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, email support@vialz.comand we'll open a carrier trace and make it right.
