2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher purchasing for lawful laboratory use. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use comply with all laws applicable to you.
3. Products & research use
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro research use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption. You agree to the full terms set out in our Research Disclaimer.
4. Orders & pricing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected resale, misrepresentation, or intended misuse. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We are not liable for typographical errors and may correct them and adjust or cancel affected orders.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Shipping & returns
Fulfillment is governed by our Shipping and Returns policies, incorporated here by reference.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vialz and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from misuse of the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Vialz harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your handling or use of any product.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
